I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms offer stunning views of the mountains from the balcony and the Jacuzzi tub is a fantastic bonus. The service was top-notch with convenient room service and a lovely welcome drink. The location is unbeatable, right in downtown Gatlinburg, and close to all the attractions. While the dining wasn't included in our rate, the seafood options available were delightful. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location is amazing, being so close to everything and offering a stunning view of the mountains. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony and Jacuzzi tub, plus two queen beds for extra comfort. The service was top-notch with room service available, and the welcoming drink was a nice touch. On the downside, dining wasn't included in the rate, but I loved the fresh sandwiches available. Overall, a great value for money experience.
